"Mastering and Managing the 6 Pillars of Productivity" is for front-line Sales Managers (those that coach and manage sales reps) who want to build their management acumen, and understand best practices and processes around the 6 Pillars of Productivity. The 6 Pillars of Productivity are the areas over which Sales Managers have control and influence over. This optional, pre-Summit workshop will provide a science-based view as to what drives the productivity of a sales team. Effectively managing the 6 Pillars of Productivity is the "blocking and tackling", or operational element of sales management. But, being an impactful leader and motivating coach is the foundation of your job. That said, we encourage the Field Sales Managers who attend this workshop to attend the Sales Leadership and Coaching Strategies Summit as wel. The Summit is October 14-15 in the same location.
